SORE reminds our supporters and all interested parties of the upcoming Case Management Conference by the Ontario Land Tribunal (OLT) on Friday, Sept 9, at 10 a.m..
The CMC is the first step in scheduling a hearing by the OLT.

How to submit comments to OLT
Also, for anyone who wishes to submit initial comments/ concerns to the OLT, you are strongly encouraged to do so before the end of August.
Comments can be submitted on the OLT Participant form. The necessary information is below:
- The form can be filled out as an HTML: https://olt.gov.on.ca/wp-content/uploads/2021/10/Participant-Status-Request-Form.html
- The form can be filled out as a PDF. Click on link for Participant Status Request Form and Participant Statement Form (PDF) https://olt.gov.on.ca/appeals-process/forms/
The form should be emailed to the list below. Be sure the Subject Line of the Email includes OLT Case No. OLT-22-0033603 (There is also a space on the form where this number must be inserted.)
