Public meeting on Official Plan on Monday evening

Article posted on February 22, 2019

‎The Town will be hosting a statutory public meeting on Monday evening in the Community Centre on the proposed new Official Plan. SORE has identified a number of deficiencies in the proposed new OP concerning Randwood.

SORE will be making a presentation to Council and staff on Monday evening.  We encourage our supporters to attend and ensure our Council and Town staff know the residents are watching and expect these deficiencies to ‎be rectified before the new OP is enacted.

Meeting starts at 6 pm. SORE will try to have its presentation scheduled for around 7 pm if possible.

SORE congratulates our new Council on moving forward aggressively with their pre-election commitments to ensure the long-delayed Official Plan is properly updated.
