Reminder re public meeting July 14

Article posted on July 8, 2021

Residents and interested parties are reminded of the upcoming Public Meeting concerning the Marotta Rand subdivision proposal on Wednesday, July 14 at 5 pm.

The Public Meeting will be live-streamed at livestream.com/notl.

However, if you wish to make any oral comments on the proposal, you must register in advance by emailing the Town Clerk at [email protected].

SORE intends to have some of its expert team make oral comments ‎at the meeting. We encourage all concerned stakeholders to do the same and to register to speak. There is strength in numbers. Your comments can simply express your opposition to the proposal and some of the reasons you are opposed. Each commenter will be allotted up to 10 minutes to make comments.

A reminder also that everyone has the opportunity to submit written comments concerning the proposal. There is no rush to do so; these comments can be submitted after the Public Meeting. Written comments on the proposal are to be submitted to the Town Clerk at [email protected] referencing the Town’s file numbers: OPA-02-2020, ZBA-11-2020, 26T-18-20-01.

The application materials are posted on the SORE website as well as the Town’s at notl.com/content/public-notices-under-planning-act.

We thank you for your continued support and encouragement.
