SORE files peer review reports with Town

Article posted on July 9, 2021

SORE has filed three peer review reports with the Town concerning the proposed Marotta subdivision‎ covering the following areas:

  • Stormwater and Drainage
  • Grading and Servicing
  • Natural Environment

Those reports and a cover note for each from SORE’s lawyer can be viewed at the links below.

Additional peer reviews are being completed and will be forwarded to the Town in due course. In addition, as noted in a post this week, SORE has filed lengthy expert reports on the heritage attributes of the Rand Estate with the Conservation Review Board and those reports can be found on our website.

SORE is providing these peer review reports to our supporters and interested parties to assist with the Public Meeting next Wednesday evening.

If you have any questions, please email us at [email protected].
