You must register to watch the online June 15 Open House‎ about Marotta subdivision

Article posted on June 10, 2021

SORE reminds supporters and all concerned stakeholders of the Open House next Tuesday June 15‎ beginning at 5 p.m.

You must register in advance to attend the electronic Open House. To register contact Marc Iamarino at mar[email protected] or call him at 905 468 6423 (must be before noon June 15). Registration does not require you to ask any questions.

Our understanding is there will be brief presentations by both the Marotta group and the Town followed by some sort of question and answer period. We are presuming the presentations will occur at the start of the Open House. If we receive additional information we will advise.

We have also received confirmation from CAO Marnie Cluckie that notwithstanding the departure of Town Clerk Peter Todd last week, requests to speak at the July 14 Public M‎eeting should still be sent to Mr. Todd’s email – [email protected]. That account is being actively monitored by the Town.

All other written comments concerning the proposal should be send to the Town at [email protected] and should reference file numbers OPA-02-2020, ZBA-11-2020 and 26T-18-20-01.

Please contact us at [email protected] with any questions or for support with your written submissions or delegations to the July public meeting.
